I live and work on the Swedish island of Öland and have been painting naive art for more than 50 years. Naive art is very much about the good life, “La dolce vita”. You have fun yourself, and it’s like a lifestyle. My happy, naive images reflect the good life in my dreams and reality. In the small castle, you can store all your beautiful dreams.
In my paintings, I like to emphasise women over men and challenge modern ideals of beauty with my lush female figures. My inspiration comes from travelling around the world and meeting a lot of different people.

My images are represented in many places in Sweden, and I also exhibit my art abroad e.g. in Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, and Spain.
