Kaisa Eiche (b. 1982) is an artist, curator, art organizer, and critic. She has studied photography at Tartu Art College and has participated in exhibitions since 2003. At the moment she works as the assistant Head of the Photography Department in Pallas
University of Applied Sciences. Belongs to the Union of Estonian Artists and the Association of Photo Artists (FOKU).
As an artist, curator, and writer, my aim is to communicate emancipating author positions and art projects dealing with social and political pressure and restrictions
and to deal with the problems of the field more broadly. I am inspired by people’s contradictions, weaknesses, desires, and dreams that they dare not be aware of.
