2024 Oil and charcoal on canvas. Living in NYC in the mid-80s I learned that a walk-up was a 4-5 story apartment building that didn’t have an elevator. Sometimes those stairs can be the last straw after schlepping the city.

This painting is (86 X 116 cm) 34″ X 46″ and has been gallery wrapped. Canvas can easily be taken off of the stretcher for easier/less-expensive shipping and then re-stretched when it reaches its destination.
