Margit Paulin (b. 1980) is an Estonian artist and jewelry designer whose creations come to life in her studio nestled amidst the beautiful forests of western Estonia. She graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts with a degree in jewelry design and is currently pursuing gemology studies at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

Margit’s creative journey is deeply inspired by nature, with a focus on genuine materials—precious stones and metals—that she highlights in her work. Her jewelry is unique and intricate, blending traditional techniques with contemporary design language.

Margit is recognized for her profound connection to nature, which is reflected in each of her creations, as well as her appreciation for the natural beauty of materials. Her jewelry has captivated the hearts of both local art enthusiasts and international clients. Beyond her work in jewelry, Margit is passionate about yoga, a practice that enriches her creativity and provides balance in her life. In her free time, she also draws inspiration from walks with her dogs in Estonia’s forests, where the peace and quiet provide space for new ideas.

My work combines the power of nature and the depth of human experience, expressed through intricate details that tell both personal and universal stories. Through jewelry art, I aim to open a door to a world where nature and humanity intertwine in harmonious unity. The forests and landscapes of Estonia are the heart of my inspiration. It is in their tranquility that ideas are born, which I shape using precious metals and stones to invite viewers to explore the hidden nuances and symbolism of nature. My creations emphasize the natural beauty of materials, their history, and their energy, which carry meanings accumulated over time. I believe that jewelry is more than adornment—it is a story we wear and a connection that ties us to nature and the past.
