Description
The item is a beautifully crafted vase with a segmented design, my first larger item of 2025. The body is made of Granadillo, a wood with an exceptional hardness. Other woods are Gaboon Ebony, spalted Tamarind, and various veneers. The vase features rich, dark wood tones with a pattern of lighter wood rectangles. A striking band encircles the middle, showcasing circular turquoise inlays. The blend of colors and textures creates a visually captivating piece with a harmonious balance of natural and geometric elements. The Turquoise inlays consist of 11 individual pieces each with 50 mm in diameter. As for general care instructions, it is recommended to keep it out of direct sunlight as some woods tend to darken over time.
