During the “time of the virus” I began doing small paintings that were the antithesis of what I/we were experiencing as humans. The painting of these pieces became meditations in paint for me. They felt soothing and grounding. That experience led me into more explorations and eventually more work in like manner. It became a new series which I continue to develop to this day.
