2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Custom or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Digital downloads or virtual services once accessed or downloaded.
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after a purchase is completed.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact the seller through your Galleri SoHo account within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Provide clear details, including the order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
- The seller has 3 business days to respond and resolve the issue.
- If no resolution is reached, contact Galleri SoHo support for further assistance.
4. Refund Approval & Processing
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the issue is seller-related.
- If an item needs to be returned, buyers must follow the return instructions provided by the seller.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, Galleri SoHo may intervene to ensure a fair resolution. Our decision will be based on provided evidence and platform policies.
