The work is graphic art. The image is etched on copper using etching and aquatint as the method. The work is t.p.l’a printed by the artist herself and the number of the print is 9 /45. The size of the actual image plate is 10,5×15  cm, but the actual print is 21×31 cm. The signature is below the image area. The work is sold framed to a replacement frame. Free shipping to Europe

  • Digital downloads or virtual services once accessed or downloaded.

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after a purchase is completed.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the seller through your Galleri SoHo account within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Provide clear details, including the order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

  3. The seller has 3 business days to respond and resolve the issue.

  4. If no resolution is reached, contact Galleri SoHo support for further assistance.

4. Refund Approval & Processing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the issue is seller-related.

  • If an item needs to be returned, buyers must follow the return instructions provided by the seller.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, Galleri SoHo may intervene to ensure a fair resolution. Our decision will be based on provided evidence and platform policies.
