The Story Unfolding is a large pink, orange and rainbow coloured semi-abstract painting of an autumn landscape deer on a path to another universe. It is 40x40x1.5 inches. The back ground of the painting is bright orange and magenta and towards the centre you see a fallow deer buck and a doe. They look as if they are deciding on something. Behind them are three other female deer running along a path towards a bend with trees either side of them. There is an urgency to them as if they know something we don’t. The edges of the landscape surrounding the deer are quite colourful and abstract and give the appearance that the landscape is somehow unravelling. The idea was to literally show a universe coming into creation or perhaps morphing into something else. 1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe due to seller-related issues.

  • A duplicate charge or incorrect payment has been processed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Digital downloads or virtual services once accessed or downloaded.

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after a purchase is completed.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the seller through your Galleri SoHo account within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Provide clear details, including the order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

  3. The seller has 3 business days to respond and resolve the issue.

  4. If no resolution is reached, contact Galleri SoHo support for further assistance.

4. Refund Approval & Processing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the issue is seller-related.

  • If an item needs to be returned, buyers must follow the return instructions provided by the seller.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, Galleri SoHo may intervene to ensure a fair resolution. Our decision will be based on provided evidence and platform policies.
